My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was big and nice, but it had water stains on the ceiling and a nasty smell. The broken elevator made it inconvenient, and the non-functioning phone added to the frustration. However, the location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the area felt safe.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable but arrived dirty, though the bathroom had great lighting. The service was friendly and professional, though there was a slight hiccup while assigning our room. The location was convenient to places of interest but had some unpleasant smells. The dining options were standard with brewed coffee. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs.

Upon arrival, the hotel's room had a mildew smell in the bathroom, and it lacked basic amenities like shampoo and soap. The staff, despite a rude initial encounter, quickly rectified the situation and provided a clean room. The dining options were limited and required asking at the front desk, and the advertised pastries were not up to standard. Despite these downsides, the hotel was super close to the Mardi Gras parade route, making it convenient for our purposes.
